The IT Senior Technical Systems is responsible for providing technical assistance on corporate endpoints. He/She will interact with everyone in the company to provide IT Helpdesk services and maintain our internal IT systems. They must also be customer-oriented and composed to deal with internal customers.

Responsibilities:

* Provides technical assistance to the corporate users.
* Complete troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and root cause analysis.
* Design the best solution based on the issue and details provided by customers.
* Manages Microsoft 365 tenant and applications related.
* Manages Windows Active Directory.
* Manage internal network (Switches and APs).
* Provide support and design the AVIT at the office.
* Executes onboarding tasks of new employees.
* Install and maintains corporate desktop/laptops.
* Maintains stock and manages inventory of IT assets.
* Maintains all technology used by the corporate users.
* Identify and suggest improvements to procedures.
* Learn as much as possible.
* Improve IT documentation by creating manuals, articles and keeping those up to date.

Requisitos mínimos
Desired knowledge and skills:

* Expertise with Microsoft Desktop Systems.
* Expertise installing and maintaining OS and Software in desktop workstations and laptops.
* Experience with automating software installation.
* Experience with Windows/Linux server administration.
* English knowledge to communicate in a business environment.
* Ability to interact and communicate effectively with technical and especially with non-technical personnel.
* Experience with IIS.
* Experience with and knowledge
* Degree in IT Systems and Networking or equivalent.
* Administration of Microsoft 365 and on premise Active Directory.
* 5 years' experience as a help desk technician or other customer support role.
